Advance reservations are recommended. We are not a walk in spa but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Spa Check-In

Please arrive at least five minutes before your treatment time in order to change and take some time to relax and get prepared to enjoy your treatment. We ask all first-time guests or guest who need to complete paperwork to arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes early to ensure they receive their full service time.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to all, we ask that a minimum 24-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). Failure to do will incur a 50% service charge. There is a cost to setting up for treatments on time, your courtesy call or message will be appreciated. 
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require the spa to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We will however, make every effort to provide the full amount of service.

Valuables and What to Wear

Please dress with comfort in mind. We do offer robes.  We recommend that you do not bring valuables, as we cannot be responsible for these if they become misplaced.

Quiet Please … Treatments in Session

Please turn off (or make silent) cell phones and please keep your voice down.  Our guests expect and deserve a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while they receive their spa services.

Please Advise Us

We ask that you let our staff know about any health issues such as whether or not you are pregnant, recovering from recent surgery or have existing medical concerns such as hypertension, heart disease or athletic injuries. Also, please advise us of allergies and medications so that we may advise you of the best treatments and products for your needs including those that may not be appropriate for you to receive.

Payments and Gift Vouchers

Body Focus accepts cash, Ecocash and local bank cards.  We also offer Body Focus Gift Vouchers. Please visit our web site and contact Body Focus to arrange a special gift.


Gratuities are given at your discretion and will be accepted with appreciation.  If you have a spa gift voucher, ask if the tip was included. If not, you are welcome to leave a cash tip or enquire of an Ecocash number you can send to.  As a suggestion, we recommend 10% for good service and 15% for excellent service.


We offer several spa packages but will be glad to customize a Spa Day for you and anyone else you have in mind. Please ask one of our staff and we will put together a half or full day of luxurious indulgences to relax, rejuvenate and inspire you.

What is the best way to plan my spa party?

First, keep in mind that any group over four people might be too big for us.  With group bookings, we prefer to communicate via e-mail. We want to organize the event well in advance to ensure we can accommodate your requests.  Please contact Body Focus with the number of your group, the day/time you have in mind, and the exact services people are interested in and we will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know what your options are.  The farther out you book (at least 4-5 weeks) the better the chances we can accommodate your group!

Can I bring kids?

Our spa is not a safe place for young children (hot objects, sharp objects, and our uncovered pool can all pose hazards). You are welcome to bring your child minder. If your childcare falls through, please reschedule your visit for your relaxation and for that of our other guests. With prior consultation we can accommodate for short services with child minder supervision for our shorter services, but please ask prior to scheduling.
